This project stretches the boundaries of publicly funded employment services. It provides a multi-layered service framework for both employer and worker to find clarity, alignment, and thrive at work.

We were selected by the Government of BC to support the deployment of their improved employment programming. We developed and delivered robust custom training for front-line practitioners across the province.
