CINOP – The Netherlands
CINOP, the Dutch Centre for Innovation of Vocational Education and Training, sought out MixtMode to support stakeholders in the careers field in The Netherlands. Changing policies in the country called for guidance services to move from face-to-face to online. However, those impacted by that decision had a range of perspectives of what online services could be in their setting. They were looking for ways to develop a common language around e-guidance, hear about lessons learned, and raise awareness of the possibilities for The Netherlands.
Over the course of two separate seminars Tannis Goddard met with PES and representatives from the Ministry of Education and Social Affairs. She introduced a customized framework to be used to define and create a road map for changes from face-to-face services to online services.
