Our challenge was to evaluate readiness and opportunity to build a suite of online career services for all Nova Scotians while still supporting existing face-to-face services through Employment Nova Scotia, Department of Community Services, Education P-12, and Post Secondary institutions.

We consulted government stakeholders to evaluate readiness and opportunity and presented a comprehensive report that included:

  • detailed recommendations based on research references

  • jurisdictional examples

  • technical ideas for the development and integration of online services within the developing brand and suite of services under Careers Nova Scotia
