This project stretches the boundaries of publicly funded employment services. It provides a multi-layered service framework for both employer and worker to find clarity, alignment, and thrive at work.

Funded by CERIC, this project examined hope as a main component in career services. We led the development and implementation of interventions that increased multi-barriered clients’ confidence and ability to take action.

Post-secondary graduates need support to reach their full potential in the labour market. We developed and implemented a fulsome online solution to help graduates get their careers in motion.
