This project stretches the boundaries of publicly funded employment services. It provides a multi-layered service framework for both employer and worker to find clarity, alignment, and thrive at work.

This provincially funded program needed to accommodate new immigrants' busy lives. We developed a blended approach, combining in-person and online career guidance, to support their career goals in Canada.

We’re proud to have developed Canada's first fully online career decision-making program, expanding access to anyone regardless of location, time constraints, or other barriers.

Mature workers thrived in this multi-modal employment program that our team designed and delivered to support the development of in-demand skills and boost the economy of a community in need.
