Career Development Professional Centre – Canada

Career development practitioners continue to face challenges in their work due to constant change in labour market, government contracts, and client circumstances. They need easily accessible and relevant professional development to cultivate skills and confidence to effectively do their work.

We participated in the creation of a nationwide Career Development Professional Centre that provides foundational training, resources, and a community of practice to working career practitioners. The objective is to strengthen the overall potential of the career development system in Canada.

Collaboration with CCDF (Canadian Career Development Foundation) as a part of the Responsive Career Pathways initiative set up by Future Skills Centre and Blueprint.
