Agilec’s Customized Employment Services for Veterans – Ontario
Throughout the years, we’ve had programs that have focused on providing customized services to a specific demographic. Each time, we had to learn the particularities of clients’ circumstances to design and deliver what was relevant to them. This is why we were interested in working with Agilec, an Ontario-based employment services provider, to develop a framework for their staff to coach Canadian war veterans.
In 2016, Agilec was contracted by Veterans Affairs of Canada to provide career transition services for Canadian veterans who needed support in planning their post-military life. MixtMode trained the Agilec staff on coaching with mixed communication modes and prepared them with the skills to serve veterans via a live chat.
